1. Overview
At Acoustik Hearing And Speech Clinic, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized audiological care and speech therapy services. Due to the custom, medical, and personal hygiene nature of hearing instruments, custom earmolds, and clinical evaluations, we operate under a strict Strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy.
2. Hearing Aids & Accessories
All Sales Final: All hearing aids, hearing devices, and accessories purchased from Acoustik Hearing And Speech Clinic are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or fitted.
Custom Devices & Ear Impressions: Custom-molded earmolds, custom-shell hearing aids (In-the-Canal / Completely-in-Canal / Invisible-in-Canal), and custom earplugs are crafted specifically for individual ear canal anatomy and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Consumables: Batteries, wax guards, ear domes, drying kits, and cleaning tools are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
3. Clinical & At-Home Services
Consultation Fees: All fees paid for diagnostic hearing tests, speech therapy sessions, audiometric assessments, fitting fees, and home visit service charges are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a clinic appointment or home visit, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Trial & Demonstration
We offer in-clinic and at-home hearing demonstrations/evaluations to ensure you are fully satisfied with sound quality and comfort before making a purchase decision. Once a purchase is finalized, the sale is permanent.
5. Warranty & Servicing
Manufacturer Warranty: While returns and refunds are not accepted, all hearing devices sold by Acoustik Hearing And Speech Clinic come with valid manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects.
Repairs & Maintenance: Should your device experience operational issues covered under warranty, our clinical and technical team will assist you with repair, servicing, or replacement as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Physical damage, moisture exposure, or tampering by unauthorized persons are not covered under warranty.
